This is an authentic Vera Wang Gemma wedding gown (size 6) purchased at the Madison Avenue location in NYC in February 2017 and worn once at my wedding October 2017. It is glamorous and romantic, and was made famous by Hillary Duff.
I am 5"4 and wore 4" heels.This dress has built in cups - I am a 34DD and didn't need a bra which was amazing! I am a street size 4, jean size 26. The boning in this dress is fabulous and so figure-flattering!
The original Gemma dress does not have buttons, but I added for an additional $300 cost down the back, which is a beautiful and unique detail. I also wore a removable, tulle "smoke ring" that buttoned into the dress for the ceremony. The smoke ring is NOT included in the sale.
Alterations were minimal and done in-house at their headquarters in NYC. I did have a bustle added - photos attached from my reception where the dress was bustled.
I am just now getting around to listing, but the dress was dry cleaned professionally the week after my ceremony and has been stored in a smoke-free home ever since.
