this is more then half off its price This was a brand new design when i bought it last year, its a detachable train you can add to any dress it just Attaches with these long hidden velcro strips underneath, there is crystal and lace Appliqués all through it with tons and tons of layers of ruffles it is exactly 16 ft long , (originally 13ft) we added 3 more ft when we ordered it new and we asked them make the Appliqués bigger then the original.
The color is called off white.
