This is from Vera Wang Runway Collection 2013, 100% Silk Organza + Nylon tulles, Made in the USA
I purchased it in 2014 at Vera Wang Sample Sale in NYC for $2000.
A Gorgeous Timeless piece of art, as Vera Wang described= "a hybrid of mermaid gown and storybook ballgown".
The skirt drapes and falls so beautifully, and the multi tier of different texture fabrics creates this illusion of glowing while keeping it look airy and weightless.
The bodice part is fitted and beautifully structured, with outer layer delicately draped and hand stitched on, gives it the striking Goddess look.
The beautiful jeweled hand embroidery applique around the bodice is also decorated with tulle and organza.
Size:
This is size 18 and is never worn, unaltered.
I am size 2, which is why I do not have the picture of this dress on me. I still purchased size 18 because the Vera Wang sales rep said it’s easy to alter it size down to any size when I purchased at Vera Wang sample sale in NYC.

Condition:
In very good condition, except for one callout. As shown on the detail picture, one crystal was missing when i purchased. The sales rep said you can take to any professional alteration service and they'll be able to easily add one, or remove or alter the shape of the embellishments to custom fit your figure and style.
If you google "Vera Wang Kareena" you'll see on wedding dress resale pages that this very same dress are now being sold with minimal/ or no embellishments (As of today July 2020), $2000- 5000 price range.
