Gowns are checked for issues on a twice a week basis and our in house alterations staff quickly addresses any issues we may find. Shopping true, unaltered samples is the safest way to buy an off the rack wedding dress. A seamstress can easily alter a gown that has never been altered as opposed to one that has.
