This is a brand new sample dress that is unaltered. A few button elastic loops could be replaced if desired, but otherwise this dress is in fantastic condition. I bought for my wedding which has been postponed. I am 5'9 and purchased four inch heels, and I did not need of a hem. This dress is also the ivory/champagne color. It is a mermaid silohuette.
